Software Engineer
Arista Networks is an exciting, pre-IPO startup company founded and funded by well-known Silicon Valley veterans Andy Bechtolsheim and David Cheriton. Arista is developing a new class of integrated network solutions to address the scalability, performance, and reliability requirements of large scale HPC and Web data centers.
We are looking for people who:

A strong background in these areas is a plus:
- Linux
- C++
- TCP/IP
- python
- hardware / drivers / compilers / assembly language
The core responsibility is to deliver product features. We also believe roles should be flexible. Our team members have the opportunity to work on the end-to-end product development process, including:
- planning new products and product improvements
- test automation
- documenting the feature
- business process automation
- engineering tools
- field engineering
- handling escalations
- working with sales and business development
